How membership works
- No contract. Cancel any month — your garments still cleared on your last pickup before cancellation.
- Garments roll, not pile. Unused garments don't carry over — but tiers are sized so most members use their full allowance.
- Pickup zones. Free within 25 miles of any of our four MD/DC locations — includes Northern Virginia cities like McLean, Arlington, Tysons, Reston, Falls Church.
- Card on file. Billed monthly to the card you set up at signup. Add household members for a small add-on.
