Pickup and delivery is included for every customer — free, no minimum, no contract, no catch. Schedule by phone or through the site, leave your bag at the door (or hand it to the driver), and your clean garments come back on your preferred day. For most customers this is the single feature that takes laundry off the to-do list permanently.
How scheduling works
Call, text, or use the site to schedule a pickup. Choose a day and a 2-hour window — we text when we're close. You can leave your bag outside (most customers do), or hand it to the driver. For delivery, same thing in reverse: we text before we arrive, and your cleaned, pressed, bagged items come back on a hanger or folded depending on service type.

What you can send
Everything we clean: dry cleaning, wash & fold, alterations pickups and returns, wedding gown drop-off, leather items, rugs, comforters, and household items. Tag alteration items clearly so we know they're going to the tailor, not the cleaner.
Recurring pickup for busy households
Many customers set up a recurring weekly pickup — same day, same time, every week. The driver becomes familiar; laundry becomes something that just happens. Membership plans are built around recurring pickup and include priority scheduling.
