A good pair of shoes should last a decade with maintenance. Our cobblers handle everything from a quick heel tip to full resoling on Italian dress shoes, and they've worked on enough luxury footwear to know which brands want what kind of treatment.
What we repair
Resoling (leather, rubber, Vibram), heel replacement, heel tips, reheeling women's pumps, stretching tight shoes, tightening loose ones, re-gluing separated soles, patching holes, replacing zippers on boots, replacing laces, eyelet repair, conditioning, and polishing. Full restoration on heirloom or luxury footwear is available.
Luxury and designer brands
We've worked on enough Ferragamo, Gucci, Prada, Louboutin, Allen Edmonds, Church's, Edward Green, John Lobb, and Crockett & Jones to know each brand's construction well. Louboutin red-bottom touch-ups are a regular request. If you have a specific brand concern, ask — we'll tell you what we can and can't do before we start work.
Women's pumps and boots
Heel tips, heel replacement, toe guards, lift repair, and boot zipper replacement are the most common repairs. We can also dye shoes to match — blue pumps to black, nude to cream, scuffed white to fresh white.
Turnaround and pickup
Simple repairs (heel tips, polish) are usually done in 2-3 days. Full resoles typically take 7-10 days. Shoes can be included in regular pickup and delivery — bag them separately so they don't touch clean clothes.

Can you resole dress shoes?+
Yes — leather, rubber, or Vibram resoling on welted dress shoes is routine. Good shoes can be resoled multiple times over their life.
Do you touch up Louboutin red soles?+
Yes, we handle red-sole touch-ups regularly.
Can you stretch tight shoes?+
Usually. Leather can be stretched modestly in length or width. Extreme sizing issues — not really. Bring them in and we'll tell you honestly.
Can you change a shoe's color?+
In many cases, yes. Darker-than-original dyeing works well; lighter is much harder. Ask before assuming.
